How to use Klarna’s one-time-use virtual card to buy Wentworth Con tickets
Quick, simple, and works with Klarna’s pay-in-4 option. Exact button names can vary by app / region, so if something looks different, follow the intention (create a single-use virtual card, copy the card details, pay at checkout).
- Download & sign in to the Klarna app (or sign up at klarna.com) and verify your account.
- Inside the Klarna app, find the feature to create a one-time / virtual card. It may be labelled “One-time card,” “Virtual card,” or found under a “Cards,” “Pay,” or “Pay Later” section.
- Choose the amount you’ll need (use your ticket total) and generate the virtual card. Klarna will create a card number, expiry date, and CVV you can use like a normal debit/credit card.
- Copy or note the virtual card details shown in the app. (The card is single-use — don’t expect it to work again.)
- Pick your tickets and go to checkout. When asked for payment, choose “Card” (Visa/Mastercard) — not the Klarna checkout button.
- Paste the Klarna virtual card number, expiry, and CVV into the card fields. Use the billing name and address that match your Klarna account if prompted.
- Complete the payment. Klarna will process the purchase according to the Pay-in-4 or Pay-Later option you selected when creating the card.
- Save your confirmation email / screenshot of the Klarna app entry and the ticket order—proof in case you or we need it later.
Tips & troubleshooting
- The virtual card is usually single-use and expires quickly — generate it only when you’re ready to pay.
- Make sure the amount you load into the virtual card covers any taxes/fees shown at checkout.
- If the payment is declined, double-check the card details, billing address, and that the card amount matches the final total. Then try creating a new one-time card.
- If you have issues, send us a message and include screenshots (order total + Klarna card screen) so we can help. You can also contact Klarna support from the app.
How to use an Afterpay one-time virtual card to buy Wentworth Con tickets
This lets you use Afterpay’s Pay-in-4 even if the site doesn’t have an Afterpay button — you’ll pay with a normal card at checkout using the virtual card details.
Step-by-step
- Open the Afterpay app (or log in at afterpay.com if available in your region) and sign in to your account.
- Find the option to Create a one-time / in-store / virtual card
(wording varies — look for “In-store,” “Card,” “Pay anywhere,” or similar). - Enter the purchase amount
Use the full ticket total including fees so the card won’t decline. - Afterpay will generate a virtual card number, expiry date, and CVV.
- Go to the Wentworth Con ticket checkout.
- Choose Credit/Debit Card as your payment method
(do NOT select a Buy Now Pay Later button) - Enter the Afterpay virtual card details exactly like a normal card.
- Complete checkout — Afterpay will automatically split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments.
Helpful tips
- The card expires quickly — create it only when you’re ready to pay.
- If it declines, the amount may be too low → create a new card with a slightly higher total.
- Make sure your billing name matches your Afterpay account.
- Keep your confirmation email and Afterpay receipt.

*****Please note - Guests have committed to appear and all convention agreements specify that appearances are subject to change as film and television work demands may take precedence, as can a personal conflict. When you purchase a ticket, you are getting a ticket to an event, not just to see the appearance of a particular guest. Our events will take place whether a specific guest cancels or not. Therefore, we cannot issue admission ticket or ticket package refunds if a particular guest is unable to fulfill their appearance contract.
By purchasing tickets you agree to our terms and conditions.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, as stated on the website and on the checkout page of your shopping cart. If you can no longer attend the event, you can sell the ticket on your own or give to a friend. Once sold, please forward only the PDF e-ticket sold to the new buyer, and when you give the PDF e-ticket to another person, they become the customer no matter whose name is on it. Once a PDF e-ticket is validated at the convention, it will only be usable for that one time. If a second person tries to use the same ticket, it will show up as “scanned,” and that person will not be able to use the ticket.

Therefore, we cannot issue admission ticket or ticket package refunds if a particular guest is unable to fulfill their appearance contract. In some cases, which will be announced at the time, if a guest cancels AND you have SEPARATE photo op tickets or duo/group photo op tickets with that star, we will credit back the photo op ticket amount to patrons' credit cards. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to issue the refund, then standard bank or credit card rules apply for money to be applied to your account. Please note the Ticketing Service Fee is not refundable.
Photo Op tickets do not include admission to the convention. You must have an admission ticket for the day the photo op takes place in order to use the photo op ticket(s).
The convention will start about 9:00 AM and run until about 4:30PM with autographs starting at 5:30PM and lasting until about 10pm. They can, however, start earlier and/or end later if necessary to accommodate an actor’s schedule for autographing and photo ops. The full schedule will be posted on our website as we get closer to the event.
Personal photography is not allowed during the autograph or photo op sessions.
