* Must bring or purchase your own item to be autographed. There will be Merch for sale at the event. Should you choose to purchase a Photo Op, you may also use your 8x10 print for autographs.
**Photo Ops are NOT included with Admission tickets. However, you MUST have an admission ticket to participate in the Photo Ops. You may purchase Photo Ops here.
***Wheelchair accessible seating is available. Please purchase a General Admission ticket and email us at [email protected] for further details. We will also provide interpreter services and have marked chairs for the Hard of Hearing. Should you need our interpreter services, please email us for further details.
****We WILL have additional ADA seating that will be marked with a chair ribbon. These seats are for those who need ADA services that do not include a wheelchair space or interpreter services. Please purchase a General Admission ticket and we will accommodate you when you Register at the event.
*****Please note - Guests have committed to appear and all convention agreements specify that appearances are subject to change as film and television work demands may take precedence, as can a personal conflict. When you purchase a ticket, you are getting a ticket to an event, not just to see the appearance of a particular guest. Our events will take place whether a specific guest cancels or not. Therefore, we cannot issue admission ticket or ticket package refunds if a particular guest is unable to fulfill their appearance contract.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, as stated on the website and on the checkout page of your shopping cart. If you can no longer attend the event, you can sell the ticket on your own or give to a friend. Once sold, please forward only the PDF e-ticket sold to the new buyer, and when you give the PDF e-ticket to another person, they become the customer no matter whose name is on it. Once a PDF e-ticket is validated at the convention, it will only be usable for that one time. If a second person tries to use the same ticket, it will show up as “scanned,” and that person will not be able to use the ticket.

When you purchase a ticket, you are getting a ticket to an event, not just to see the appearance of a particular guest. Our events will take place whether a specific guest cancels or not. Therefore, we cannot issue admission ticket or ticket package refunds if a particular guest is unable to fulfill their appearance contract. In some cases, which will be announced at the time, if a guest cancels AND you have SEPARATE photo op tickets or duo/group photo op tickets with that star, we will credit back the photo op ticket amount to patrons' credit cards. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to issue the refund, then standard bank or credit card rules apply for money to be applied to your account. Please note the Ticketing Service Fee is not refundable.
Photo Op tickets do not include admission to the convention. You must have an admission ticket for the day the photo op takes place in order to use the photo op ticket(s).
The convention will start about 9:00 AM and run until about 4:30PM with autographs starting at 5:30PM and lasting until about 10pm. They can, however, start earlier and/or end later if necessary to accommodate an actor’s schedule for autographing and photo ops. The full schedule will be posted on our website as we get closer to the event.
Personal photography is not allowed during the autograph or photo op sessions.
HARASSMENT POLICY: KClark Productions is dedicated to providing a safe and harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of race, age, religion, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, or physical appearance. We do not tolerate harassment of any kind from anyone. This applies to our Guests as well. Should someone become inappropriate or appear to be intoxicated, we reserve the right to remove patrons violating these rules from the convention (without a refund) at KClark Productions' discretion. We will have security on site for any issues that may arise. If you see something, say something. Please ask inform a Staff member and ask to speak to Kiana with any problems.
